Baby blanket, Immigrant

Years ago, my home planet of Krypton was facing global annihilation and our race faced extinction. In a final effort to save my life and ensure the future of our race my parents wrapped me in this blanket and sent me off across the stars. I landed in Kansas and was adopted. Earth’s yellow sun granted me super human abilities. When I came of age I decided to devote my life to fighting injustice and defending the innocent. As part of my uniform, I repurposed the same blanket I was wrapped in into a red cape.
