The entire story will come soon, recounting Margo’s story about this blanket which she recently gave me (Mary). We both have Pendleton blankets in our homes that belonged to our parents and have [illegible] for many years. We enjoy and appreciate the worn parts, the stains and holes that are signs of the wear and people who have used them … This blanket was found by Margo at a garage sale — a treasure. May it carry forward our tradition of giving or trading Pendleton blankets — may this project promote peace within the troubled countries and religions.
